I’m harvested with a gouge.<\/p>\n

Every year, the SDFI<\/a><\/strong> organises a festival to honour me,
\non the third weekend in May.<\/p>\n

I’m also known as the “blanche de Tigy”.
\nI’m tender, tasty and bursting with vitamins.
\nLow in calories, my dietary virtues are unanimously appreciated.<\/p>\n
